Thanks Chemster. Had nearly given up after leaving about 5-6 unreturned emails and a couple of unreturned phone messages. Maybe they got tired of my inquiries and decided to return my call:) On a decent run now from Modesto, CA up to Seattle. First time driving through northern California and perhaps the last I suppose if I get to move over to Poly so going to enjoy it.

Did you try talking to Pat H. to see if he could help with getting it dropped?

Delivered the two stops in Utah today. Then went on to Henderson where I'm doing a 34hr restart before going to Blaine,WA for delivery on Wednesday morning.

I think you've seen more of Washington since you've been with Poly than I have in my almost 20 years on the road.

I believe that may possibly be true. Makes for some really good miles.

Finally delivered my Backhaul down in Waco today. I'm picking up a 3 stop load in the morning at GP with stops in Hermiston OR, Yakima Wa, and Renton WA. I will empty out on Monday and hopefully come straight back to Texas.

It seem's like alot of the loads that poly runs, are all west of I35, is that by company dispatch? Or is that by driver choice? How are the loads split, as far as regional?

Not sure what percentage of loads go where, but it is a non-forced dispatch system on outbound loads. It' s just that we regular posters on this thread do a lot of west bound loads I guess. We have drivers that refuse to run west & drivers that prefer the west. Choosing the direction you want to run is one of the great attributes of this company.

Before I accepted the load to WA yesterday, I was also offered trips to Maryland, Florida, Minnesota, Illinois, Arkansas, and Laredo TX. I could have chosen any of those loads. Since I had an unproductive Labor Day weekend, I chose the WA trip to get in some good miles. The WA trip will guarantee at least a 4500 mile round trip before I get back to GP.
