Have you done that BackHaul before? Hopefully they don't take all day getting you loaded. It would be nice if we could drop and hook those loads in Henderson. Or at least let us 900 them at the yard. That Ocean Spray is only like 3 miles from the yard. There's a Walmart Supercenter you can park at there in Selah if you need a place sometime. It's on 82 a little south of the exit for that shipper. Maybe you've noticed it before on the East side of the high way. Restart and Poker sounds good as well! :)

Thanks LRW. Yeah I picked up there once before. No official appointment time, just a work in which I hope goes timely. Yeah it would certainly be nice to be able to drop these local loads in Henderson.

Oh ok. Not sure if you know it but that shipper has a scale you can use for free. Not sure they tell most drivers about it. It's down across from the outlet store they have there. I think they even have a little map of how to get over to it. Last time I was there they took a long time to load me. Good luck with it.

Thanks bro. Yeah they took a while with me as well last time. Picked up a Poly 1 man convoy at Ellensburg that hadn't been here before so he followed me in. Looks like I may get lucky and get loaded today but I think he may be out of luck until tomorrow. Scheduled for the old Sumner load leaving out Monday for a Wednesday delivery so miles looking really sweet for September thus far:)

I'm reloading grass seed in Tangent, OR going to Henderson for Monday. I'll be on the yard sometime Saturday doing a 900 Diff & picking up a Blaine, WA. Not sure if I'll leave Saturday or Sunday. Probably Saturday since I want to be unloaded by Monday evening.

I have a question...one that will probably be answered in orientation, but I'm so anxious to get going...I can't wait. What is the pay week, Sunday to Saturday, Saturday to Friday (like Crete's company week) or ??????

Well depends on where you turn in you trips. Cottage grove and Henderson turn in by Friday 3pm get it the following Friday. Grand prairie is Sunday (or early Monday if you get it in before payroll gets there) you get the same Friday.

Can you do a 900 at Henderson John? If so I didn't realize that.

Stopped for the night in a place I have been thinking of stopping at every time I go by it. Located on WA221 a couple of miles south of the jct of WA22 right before the 2 mile descent. On a high point overlooking Prosser in a relatively large parking area (couple of old school toilets here). Really beautiful and peaceful for a night stay.

This is the first time I've had the occasion to ask, and I wasn't sure either. I asked for it on Wednesday once I received backhaul info but was told to ask again on Friday morning because they had to wait & see if outbound would need me to cover a weekend load. Apparently they did because that sent the authorization number this afternoon. I called outbound directly after that to confirm & was given loads to choose from.

So the moral of the story, you never know until you ask.

Thanks for the update, I will fire off a 900 attempt in the morning and see what happens, would be nice but not a big problem this time if it doesn't work.
