Thanks, I think there was a post about doing just that a page or two ago. I was going to give it a shot since my appointment times are 12 hours apart and my customers are 15 or so miles apart. If I don't get out of stop 1 in a decent amount of time, I won't legally be able to do stop 2 within my 14, and there isn't anywhere to park very close to either stop. Then it'll be Wednesday before I get a backhaul since the next thing on my agenda once empty is getting with fleetnet and get my coolant leak fixed.

    jdrentzjr Thanks this.

It's my turn to play the waiting game for a backhaul here in Houston. Been empty almost an hour & sent a notification almost two hours ago that I would be empty in an hour. Wish me luck boys.

Still sitting at target 4 1/2 hrs after appt. Asked if I could help unload and was told it was to dangerous because there was to much frieght on dock and they were already on overtime. If not out of here soon won't make raymond nh. I will never do another target load after way I've I've been treated today.

Got a Pol-Tex load going to GP. Will be there this evening, but no loads left for today or Tuesday so I will work local tomorrow & see what's outbound for Wednesday.

The last 3 Targets I have helped with the unloading. Out times were 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 2 hours on last one with 25 pallets, didn't mind too much as I was working with a pretty girl:) But beats the usual 4 hr times that I have undergone without being on the dock.

Anyone have any good parking spot info for North Vernon, IN for the Lowes DC? Closest listed in my book is the TA in Seymour 15 minutes away. Would be nice to grab a spot close by so my 14 doesn't start.

Well hoping to hear from back haul tomorrow with some good info about a load heading to GP so I can get a load home. Left out August 28 and have been busting ### since then and pretty worn down.

Had my first snow flurry event of the season today while in Wisconsin/Minnesota. Grabbed my long johns and coat out of storage:)

Wally is right next to it and they allow bobtail parking in a front side lot at the Lowe's DC.

I offered to help I was told no because there was too much freight on the dock and it was dangerous. They finally called me at 2 in the morning. They worked at a breakneck speed of#2 pallets per hour for 12 hrs. Wish I could get a job that allows me to not work.
