I'm actually picking up a load in GP tomorrow and heading for Arkansas. Staying in Fort Worth tonight after picking up in Crystal City this morning. Couple of beautiful days here in TX. SSB is right....little chilly, but overall the weekend is supposed to be nice!
Enjoy your time and your reunion! -
This old commercial runs thru my head every time I think of our shop...does anyone remember the old Aamco commercial from the '70's that had 2 chimps in overalls and plastic baseball bats beating on a broken transmission...that video just popped into my head after this latest round of breakdowns....I'll try to find it and post it for those young folks that were still in diapers(or still a twinkle in momma's eye) back then and never saw it
48Packard Thanks this. -

As for the smoke from your truck during a re-gen...my last Crete truck did that...it ended up being the $800 piece of stainless flex pipe at the end of the solid drop pipe off the back of the manifold before it turns down to the DPF. And it WASN'T covered by warranty. Crete's K/C shop fixed it (one of the only things they fixed right the 1st time on one of my last visits to an Acklie facility). If it is that, you can only guess how long it'll take the office to approve the PO for that...My truck has been waiting 3 weeks for a PO for a turbo on a motor that only had 230k...which should be covered by warranty.Last edited: Nov 9, 2013

I made it to GP last night so I could do a 900 same. About to get out of the sleeper and make a quick trip home in my personal vehicle. Be back tomorrow afternoon and head on down to Houston.

I think your problem sir is not knowing how God works. God know's if your faith is real or not. Just being a Christian doesn't get you anything. We can all go through the motions. Until we are born again of the Spirit. Then you will have strength to overcome the storms, and you would draw near to God in Truth and Spirit. Those test may have been God's way to show you your faith wasn't real. You may have believed in some truths that man has conjured up. But You never drew near to God to believe in the heart. There are a lot of counterfeit gospels out here. You will never know the true one. Until you set your face to seek God and open his word and walk in it. Praying that he give you the wisdom and his spirit to understand. Brother the righteous man falls 7 times but still gets back up. Trials and tribulations are to strengthen us, and it shows us that the strength we had to get through that trial was not of ourself, but from the heavenly Father. I'll stop here before I get in trouble, but please pm me. Or take it to the religious forum and I may help you understand a little better. Even when you do begin to walk in the Spirit and are born again. You will not have it made in the shade. This life is not the one we desire. The one that is to come is the one we desire. God bless my friend, and remember. God does have enemies, and they will fill his wrath, but he desires all men to repent and turn from evil. God bless and I hope things get better for you.
