I'll be at Poly West tomorrow also. They d/h me from Grantsville, UT. Unfortunately a winter storm blew in & I'm currently just north of St George, UT at a rest area waiting for it to blow thru. Took me over 7 hrs to go 300miles. Finally got tiered of going 35 mph on snow pack ice with moderate winds & no weight in the trailer. Tomorrow another day. Besides outbound said it would be Thursday before I got my next load.

I ended up staying in Buckeye. By the time Walmart got their 8 pallets off there I didn't have time to even make Kingman. Outbound didn't tell me anything about when my next load would be ready (where ever it's going) but in a way I hope it isn't back east right now. The DFW is due not 1 but 2 wintery blasts by the weekend including another icy mess starting from that storm you're in now.

Most likely you'll be getting load offers going west to Oregon or Washington if you're talking about Poly West. Most loads go west from there. I'm sure you're going to be dealing with weather in the next few days. Good luck and take care out there. :)

Well...I'm here at Poly West waiting on outbound to call. I see Majestyk's truck(I think he's the only one driving a Volvo)...but I haven't seen hide nor hair of him. Must either be home time or he's sleeping. Is there a seperate drivers break room from the plant's break room? This is my 1st time here

That's kinda what I suspected as well. But I think any direction out of here is gona see nasty weather. There is a double whammy coming through right through the w/e

Well just knocked out my "1428" mile 2 day trip from Mocksville, NC to Ballinger, TX. Dead heading back to GP and picking up a KC load that is already loaded that delivers Friday morning so looks like I will get in some poker tonight in OK. Only other loads were Texas and Searcy along with one lonely load heading to Lebanon, OR (no gracias:). Hope everyone is well out there and had a nice Thanksgiving break.

It's rare you made it to Poly West before Outbound called you. I would double check with them if you haven't already. In addition, you have to have a Botail Pass to leave without a load. You may need to call and get one if needed before it gets late. Maybe go cash in on the free hotel stay at the Hacienda tonight. I got a letter saying that place was changing ownership. Hope they keep the free room deal going but knowing my luck they won't. Hopefully they call you soon. :)

They finally called. Not a lot of loads out of here. SLC or Blaine, WA...I took the Blaine. I also have a call in for a bob-tail pass and was planning on the Hacienda tonite...thanks for the headsup

    LilRobWayne Thanks this.

So that wasn't your truck I'm parked next to up here at PW. Thought maybe you were on home time, the air bags are flat so it's been here a little while

Sounds good! We've posted things on here but I'll list a couple of pointers you'll need to do to get the room. You'll need to first go to the gift shop and get a Player's card. From the check in desk that is a left and all the way through the Casino Floor next to the buffet entrance. You'll need Truck info...Lic. Plate number, color, make and number. I just took a picture of my Plate before I went in. Once you get the card then just hit the check in desk and they'll take care of you. Hope you have a good evening. Take care out there! :)
