Glad I moved over to Poly Trucking

To put it bluntly....that sucks. The good news....As long as the truck doesn't break down again, you can recover quickly.

 

I don't recall in orientation anything about break down pay. I believe they reimburse for the room. That helps.

 

True, no breakdown pay, but they pay for hotel.

 

Does Poly get the driver a decent hotel, or are the rooms El cheapo?

 

It's at the driver's discretion. I've never been told a limit. But would imagine it should be within reason. I've had to utilize this only once and paid $76 per night for two nights.

 

Actually, if I take a 5 mg melatonin to get to sleep, I dream movies that I can remember. I usually stick with the 3 mg, as they are a whole lot cheaper, but I keep both. DOT legal

 

I received my Poly application via email , its a PDF

Looks like i will have to wait till i get home for home time to print it , fill it out and mail it in

 

I managed to figure out how to fill out a pdf file !!!!

So its official , Meghan has my app in the email.

Maybe they will consider me , maybe not .

I know it's a little late, but Happy Mothers Day. Been busting my butt 14 to 16+ hours a day on this remodel...my neighbors will be glad when I am done...but no more than me.
