I am about there myself...and I haven't had the breakdowns you've had. I spent the night in northern IL before delivering in Rockford. At 2100, I ran the truck it's full 1.5 hrs to put a full charge on it. At midnite-30 I woke up to the warning beeper telling me it was going to start shutting down stuff because the batteries were low. Although it had only dropped into the low 80's, I was only using the blower on #2 and the thermostat was at 1/2, it still sucked the batteries down that far...Now I'm picking up dog food in IA again, but headed for south TX for Monday. Good miles, but I'm gona stop complaining about going up in the northeast...up there it was cool enough at night you didn't need anything.

Last night, the condenser fan quit. Fourth failure of a componet in as many weeks. No more of this. Traditional APUs, idling, or nothing.

I intend to. I'm just in a really lousy frame of mind at present. One more week out, then going to my son's college orientation with him for a couple of days. I'll deal with this with more of a clear head (at least for me!) during my six days off. Probably make a final decision, too. But Poly and two others are on my short list. I'll take a more active role in contacting them all next week.

Oh, I'm so jealous. It would be so nice to get out of this heat. I assume you are also getting a day or so at home?

Yes, I'm gonna stop by the house for a day. This is a "mom and pop" load so I can set my own delivery schedule. I sure hope it is cooler up there. It's supposed to be 104 in Louisville when I get there Sunday.

75-80 degrees in Maine all next week chemster, I'm also looking forward to getting out of the 110+ degree heat out here in Arizona and relaxing at home in Maine for the 4th.

I love running up there myself it's just the whole getting through MA, CT NY to get there that I don't like. Other than that, it's awesome lol. They don't call it Vacationland for nothing.
