-yes apu's but no idle policy( older trucks clima cab)
-48cpm hub miles, 30$ stop
pay for all pick up /del after 2nd stop
untill u return to a plant.
-orientation pay 12hr/3days/8hr day(would check to comfirm)
flight to interview and orientation.
- assigned truck ( loaners available if u are in shop and want one)
im sure others can elaborate on all this -
Thank you very much, Poly is high on my list of possibilities, just waiting to see how an application with another private fleet plays out.

Only one year of Prostar's have actual Dynasys APU's. The rest have either the old crappy ClimaCab or the new International battery pack system(and an autostart switch). This last bunch of trucks had a factory installed inverter with hard wired 120v plugs at either end of the bed by the cabinets for all your a/c powered needs. There may have been some of the previous years trucks that had that same factory inverter setup as well, I'm not sure. If the truck doesn't have it, they allow up to a 'driver provided' 1500 watt inverter(driver supplies the wires as well) but the shop has to install it.
And some of our Cornbinders have Maxxfarce engines.Last edited: Jun 27, 2014

As for Roswell, we have a Sherwin Williams store delivery there, they are usually grouped in a multi-stop load. I've done it once. Kind of a funky unload. They are beside a chinese takeout, you pull in behind the takeout. No dock, no room for pallet clamp and chains, but they do have a pallet jack that kinda works, and it's an up hill pull with double stacked pallets. -
in defense of our shop i must say its not just them, im at kansas city international and what a mess, they actually mixed up the problem on my truck with another poly that is here. they are very overwhelmed here; and after talkin to the wrecker driver and my boss at my last company who recently got all new pro stars and has had nothing but problems with them, its apparent the problem is international/cummins, 4 drivers from a big company have come in with brand new trucks with problems, overall i like this job but my patience is running out with these trucks, ive had more problems in 7 months than ive had in the last 14 yrs.
48Packard Thanks this. -

Sitting in Roswell as I type. I like to come this way on the way out to Poly West. A tad bit longer but more of my type of back woods driving that some other options. Dropping at the yard tomorrow and hoping to find a house to rent in the next couple of days after that. Looking forward to some Vegas down time with some friends.
Mev Thanks this. -
