Yes, I'm very happy that I wasn't given some B.S. lie about it. As a result, all is forgiven and soon to be forgotten. We all make mistakes. :)

Is there a general direction or place we go to after one is empty at the Lowes in Cheyenne , Wy ?

The other drivers were giving me some static at PGP saying i shouldnt have taken the load cause now i'll get stuck in "The Loop "

Yeah, you'll be in the western loop from hell according to what we were told in Orientation. Of course, if you like it out that way it might not be so bad. It wouldn't bother me. I used to run out there all the time.

    Mev Thanks this.

Most likely Green River, WY. From there it's anybody's guess. We've pulled loads out of there going back to many possible customers in TX(from the DFW area to Houston or Laredo). We've also gone to NJ, GA and points south west..I had a load to Lancaster, TX out of there that got switched to Houston instead. It's not a bad area to be because any direction you go there is a lot of miles to the delivery.

The loop they were referring to might be the Henderson loop...Henderson to the NW then work your way back to Henderson...then repeat. The positive, miles without having to deal with the shop, so if you're looping out there it might be easier to get a Speedco service authorization.

    Mev Thanks this.

I only had 3 loads to pick from today, all ready Monday. One to Loredo, one down near San Antonio, and the one to Hattiesburg. I took the Hattiesburg load going to SAMs. That's my old stomping grounds so could go into there in my sleep, lol.

Saw an interesting plaque today...it said..."I'm so busy, I don't know if I'm at the end of my rope....or I've just lost my horse"...you can tell I'm in cowboy and cattle country.

P.s. I got a call this morning from JB Hunt asking if I'd be interested in a local gig. I'd be home every night and off 2 days a week. It would be shift work, some days and sometimes evening work and the off days would vary, but most would be weekends. Sounded pretty good until I heard the pay. $975 a week gross. That *might* net $700.00 a week after taxes and insurance deductions. I was like "Uh, no thanks", lol.

I saw a bunch of you Poly guys heading east on I-20 just outside the DFW area. I also saw a poor Poly truck having some sort of problems at the Beacon near x474 (I think). Looks like he had the landing gear down on the trailer but he was smack dab in the middle of the exit from the stalls. There was a few people gathered round. From the looks of the trailer it seemed like an older one. You guys must have a boat load of product going out.
