I know I am starting to sound like a broken record..miles, money, shop issues, miles money, shop issues...I need to watch it or someone will tape some quarters on my head to get over the skip. (If you don't get the joke in that statement...please don't ask...it'll only make me feel that much older:biggrin_2557: )

Hey , what kind of APU do you have ?

    Mine is a "dyna" something

Its a big diesel powered beast .

It worked great for a few days , and then it suddenly stopped

responding to my inputs on the digital control box last night.

Am I over looking something ? Is there a breaker reset or something

    I don't know about ?

Darn thing is awesome when it's working , I bet it could keep one cool

    in Arizona .

I have always been passed over when APU trucks became available. I've got a year or so newer model. The one with the factory battery pack HVAC. Not that I am complaining...it works...and is a whole lot better than the old ClimaCab aftermarket battery powered system my old truck had...plus I have a factory installed 1200 watt inverter.

Just calculated mpg from GP to Jacksonville, FL and I got 7.1 mpg. That's decent.

Hey Mev, the truck I drive has an APU like the one on your unit. It's called a Dynasys APU. There are many things that could be causing your problem. There are a couple of easy things you can check. The first is this...there is a control box just under your bunk. Located close to the side of your little clothes closet space. It has three obvious switches on it. Make sure all three are switched ON. There are some other things I can mention if that's not the problem and you want to mess with it. Just let me know and I'll send more in my next post. Hope that helps and Good Luck with it. :)

I had a Dynasys on my Furniture Row Express truck. Actually found a shop in Amarillo that could do warranty repairs on it. I was having problems with the micro switch on the cover not setting and not letting it start up.
