Very nice. 1 exit north of our exit. Plenty of food choices.

Got my call from Outbound. Pick up at Henderson going to.....drum roll please.....Sumner, WA...that is 3 Outbound loads in a row that pick up and deliver on the same days of the week.

I reviewed my week. Even with the breakdown I still managed to run 2465 miles on the back haul, then the deadhead over to Pol-Tex, and then up to GP, all since picking up the load last Friday morning...so the break down didn't hurt me too bad.

Delivered in Sumner this morning and picked up a back haul in Astoria, OR right along the NW coast. Nice drive through the back woods. Only 2250 or so miles to GP for a Monday delivery:) Got the 900 approval so I don't have to mess with it and am reloading on a three stopper beginning in Loveland, CO, then Billings, MT and finishing in Tacoma, WA. Going to shatter my previous 7 day mileage record if I can reach Loveland on Tuesday night. Should be right at 4200 miles. Bad news is they have not finished up with my truck yet as they are waiting on a part. Supposedly getting there Monday so hopefully they will get her pieced back together before I have to head back out the door.

While my truck seems to be running better now, I did find an issue that I should have checked out before now. The bunk heater doesn't heat up. It tries to start, sounds like it spins up...then abruptly shuts off. The last time I had one do that was at Crete, and it was due for it's yearly service...glad I found it when it was 40 and not when it was 0 or below. I am due for a PM once I get back to GP...will just add it to the list.

When I stopped by GP on the way to Henderson(I had to get a trailer repaired and turn in last weeks trip) the night mechanic said we are suppose to be getting in some more new trucks and trailers again soon...I have all my fingers crossed(which makes it tough to shift and steer)

Yes it does. However, it is as FL-Trucker posted. Having it require WiFi kind of makes it useless in most places. Not sure what they were thinking on that one.

Perhaps it was on the design drawing board when unlimited data plans, and tech savvy drivers used their wireless tether to run it. Now only a very small percentage of us do it.
