Not necessarily the case. It's 2200 miles from GP to here, and 2200 miles back...but, it takes 10-12 days to complete. So, spread those miles across 2 paychecks. You might be able to get a few more miles after you return to the GP, but I have been able to get as good of an average running from GP to the SE and back, or up to MI and back.

I am getting tired of the NW to be honest, slow speed limits, rough roads, bad weather around the corner...I could go another 6 months without seeing this area again.

    Mev Thanks this.

I'm in Wendover, heading to St. Joseph, MO. Have to be there by 2:30 Friday afternoon. Going to need to keep the door shut and the peddle down in this trip. Had the buffet over at the Rainbow Casino. Not bad. Hope it treats me better than the Petro did. Haha!

Spoke to 3 Poly's up here in the NW...none of us have been offered a back haul yet....getting scary to hear that at this time of year.

*update*...I pick up a Roadrunner load later today headed to TX. Don't know where in TX yet...but it beats a load somewhere east 1st then to TX

Verizon sent me a message..."tell you company to run you harder"(not really, but I bet they wish I would and stop sucking up all their data)

    11,300 for exactly 30 days
That includes a few slow days,
    a 3.5 day reset/wait for b/h
and all the hours waiting at
    shipper/receivers here and there.
Not bad for the new guy.

    bigcat1124 Thanks this.
