Good choice on that SLC load. You will likely shoot over to Green River for a load, generally heading back to Dallas or Houston. There is parking on the street outside of the Costco if you don't want to try and deal with the parking headache at the Loves.

Any of you headed to FMC in Green River (just east of Little America) this morning at 0730? I hollered out over the CB.....realizing only after getting down the road I was on another channel after yakking with another Crete driver....:biggrin_2552:

well we've all seen the good weeks,i will show you what i consider a bad week in miles here at poly, in my experience this is about the lowest miles in a 7 day period ive gotten since being here so i figured id keep it real and share.

deadhead from home to pickup backhaul in chesapeke,va 487 miles
load goin near houston 1375 miles
deadhead to our plant near houston to pick up load goin back to plant in g/p total 297

so total for 7 days since leaving home 2159, must mention tho that it wouldv been far better but i had to stay home an xtra day for dentist so didnt leav till wed to pickup thur and couldnt deliver till mon, usually i leave home tues so i can deliver back in tx on fri and get another load on the wknd, becaus most of the backhauls i do from home only del mon-fri, its been awhile since ive taken a load out of our plant during the wk

so ther u have it, although rare for me, a not so good week in miles, but i got to stop an hang out at the beach for a day so im not complainin.

not sure what the deal was, but 3 drivers were already in orientation today. Tony had drivers already set up to do their ride test...so you may have company over there tonight or on the short bus back to the yard tomorrow.
