Ya know, I have just about had all of the Poly I can stand...in my 22 years I have never...never....never had so many equipment issues. My back haul is Albany, GA P&G...once again another f'g leaky trailer that won't pass inspection. And once again, it is a failed repair job causing it...they can have the rumored $.02 raise if they would invest it in some reliable equipment. It is embarrassing having to keep apologizing to customers for the ragged out junk we bring them to load...

I wonder if there is a way to tell back haul to NEVER F'G SEND ME TO F'G P&G AGAIN. Yes, my trailer was rejected, but I got the repairs done and made it back to P&G by my scheduled appointment time...but yet I still sit here. This load will now have to be rescheduled, and with the holiday on Thursday, I am not sure if H-E-BUTTHOLE will be open Wednesday night (since the Houston warehouse only unloads at night) soo...I guess I should have never even came back out until after Thanksgiving anyway because it's gonna be a royal fuster cluck Friday with them having to squeeze 7 days deliveries into 5 or 6...

Thanks, but the way things are going, the only way to relieve this kind of stress is to fly the friendly skies to the house. I don't know how a company can keep any drivers with constant issues like this...most of this year I have had at least 1 breakdown per month...to expect a driver to stay, let alone be loyal and cheerful, borders on insanity

I am wondering, the other fellow here mentioned there were 5 guys in orientation.
I don't recall Poly adding trucks to the fleet.
So what is the causing these gaps that need filling ?
Are people quitting or getting the boot ?
Has anyone ever left because they just had their fill of
    these trucks ?
