Yes , its rated to -20 degrees

if it's the blue stuff...don't use it in winter. I buy the purple(or is it the yellow)...anyway, the extreme weather stuff and throw a bottle of rubbing alcohol per refill

Mev, againstthewind and Tennesseahawk Thank this.

Thanks for the info on the raise. I second SSB's recommendation for a bottle of alcohol. I usually put in half a bottle of Mr. Clean (1 pint) and 1-2 bottles of alcohol (1-2 pints) and it helps. On it's own that blue stuff is worthless below freezing for the most part.

Honestly, the blue stuff is almost worthless period. It kinda' takes some of the dirt off and streaks the rest. I'll give the Mr. Clean aka Tony 'Hollywood' liquid a try (I mean, if it's got the face of our beloved Compliance Guru...how can it go wrong...:biggrin_2559: ) I also keep a small bottle of home made saltwater handy. Since these Prostars have a tendency to ice over the windshield no matter how you have the defroster or visors set....but I never...never put my saltwater in the washer fluid reservoir.

    Mev Thanks this.

Just what the doctor ordered for the first week out after spending too much over the holidays. Called BH today to see if I could get some advance info and sure enough they had me set up on a Bellingham, WA plywood load back to Dallas for Monday morning. So should be able to mount up a nice 3700 mile 7 day outing with 8 and change left over for hauling ### out of Grand Prairie on Monday.

I guess we got the LaGrange to Waller account back. That's what my back haul is anyway. Hope it's still a drop/hook at both ends. Poly says it delivers Monday, but I can make it there Friday if it is still like it use to be.
