.41 cpm ( 90 days to get Haz Mat )
If you don't get Haz Mat by that time
    it drops to .40 cpm

As I recall CPM has 6 performance
parameters attached to it can potentially
go up or down. ( Most have no complaints ,
stay out of trouble and turn miles and it goes up )

    1) Miles turned per month
    2) Safety
    3) CSA violations (will cost you)
    4) Haz Mat is .05 cpm addition
    provided you get dispatched on
    a HM load .
    5) Fuel Economy ( the trucks have APU)
    6) ? ( can't recall the other one )

Additional : Breakdown pay $75 per day
Detention pay after 2 hours up to $ (?) per day
Motel reimbursed as soon as you scan it
    in with your trip .

Trucks are not that fast from
    what I'm hearing .
    And they have some autos
    if you like auto-shift.
    Home time sounded somewhat
    flexible .
    E-logs on the trucks

Many of the toll pass gadgets are provided,
so no having to mess with cash
    and play company accountant
    while out on the road

    That's all I can remember .
( anyone is free to correct or clarify
if I'm out of line , my memory is only
    so reliable )

I think Paul quoted me .42 a mile, but it's the numbers I've seen that radioshark has posted that made a difference since he is in his first 4 months and are un-bonus adjusted. He's been clearing as much or more than I am at Poly at .50. And he is driving a brand new truck with APU and all the 'pass' transponders that Poly refuses to get...plus everyone's positive experiences when dealing with ops and the shop pushed me over to the application stage.

I spoke too soon about shipping having their head out of their arse...due out at 10, it's noonish, and they just started loading...I will not miss this place one little bit!!!!

4 hrs over and counting. Guess the weekend loads I had been picking up lately were flukes, weekend shipping is back to the SOSDD

    It's a sign :bounce:

Just as I'm pulling in the truck stop I spot a Magnum truck pulling in a ways back . ( # 1681)
And parking a few slots down . Driver seems to
have vanished since I have come back out ,
    but anyways
I can say one thing for certain their trucks are top shelf . She's a beauty . Tri Pak and the works.

Their truck reminds me of my old job out west ,
the owner started as a driver years back , he
set the drivers up with the best trucks around .
T600 s with CAT and then as time went on T660s .

I took it as a good omen that it only took 2 days to go from app to approval and scheduling orientation. I cannot wait.

    $1193
$677 got screwed over on holiday
    $904 went home 3 days
    $1103
    $1457
$0 went home for 6 days
    $1035 double insurance taken out
Turning in 3200 miles in tonight for this Fridays check.

These are my last 7 checks take home pay.
Getting screwed over labor day cost me several days of driving but stuff happens.
I have $162 a check coming out for medical every week and 6% 401k.
Those numbers aren't great but for me it's been slow and with getting screwed 3-4 days over labor day I'll take those checks with a smile lol.

I've had 1 takehome pay over $1000 during the same period, and next week will be another, but it took from Weds of last week to Friday of this week to run 3500 miles(only 2 paid stops)
