I'm feeling the brotherhood here and want all to know that change can be a good thing. Sorry for Poly's loss, but great drivers need to be matched w/ great companies. Good luck to all...

I punched Bruenger into the search here at ttr and first thing comes up avoid ... and a 15 yr guy with them says he's leaving. Good luck if it's the one that was bought out by roadrunner.

Goodluck with magnum. I won't be with poly forever as I'm more interested in ltl, or maybe Walmart. If I lived in texas poly would be perfect but for an otr company I like where I'm at.
Magnum looks to be a spitting image of JBS when I started there in 2011. New trucks, good miles, good starting pay, detention, breakdown pay, good starting company for noobs, trying to expand, just deliver your load on time and everything was great. Ive yet to see or hear of a company that doesn't change for the worse imo that trains noobs.

With in two years JBS changed to telling you where to fuel which means they are basically routing you. Made it more complicated to get detention, put cameras in every truck, realized they tried to get to big and layed off alot of drivers. Started calling asking why you took an 11 hour break.

It seems like magnum is great especially if you enjoy snow and reefer and I hope it stays that way. Good luck.

Waaaaaay too low pay. Big G beats them as far as pay and home time, and Big G was too low for me.

They have nice trucks, but geez the pay sucks,
I was at Indy today signing my truck up and doing laundry. Mmmggbar a mechanic with a strong Kenyan accent asks if I drive truck number???? Not me, he needed the keys to get in it.
I go to leave and I see Mmmggbarr dropping the trailer so he can work
    On the losers truck.
I walk up there and tell him he should never have to do that, his reply was ??? I dunno the accent.
So, I pick up some trash and grab some fifth wheel grease and cover the pos drivers patriot sticker.
    Mmmbar appreciated it,
    I'm awesome
