Glad I moved over to Poly Trucking

if any of you guys think you can nudge my application along, talk to pat or hr guy, whatever it takes, pm me , will make it worth your while, i left a yr ago, only job ive had that i regret leaving. it may do no good knowing how poly does things but figured it wouldnt hurt to throw it out there so pm me if theres anything you think you can do otherwise i will keep trying or call it a day for my otr career, i havnt found anything that compares when it comes to otr, walmart maybe but i dont really wanna deal with them.

 

That's good. I have a lot respect for him, didn't always agree with him, but I respect him.

 

thats never a good sign, for example, do you ever see walmart load or unload an outside carrier before there own,

 

i have wondered with the elog mandate if poly would even install them or get rid of their trucks, i mean can you imagine now the shop is gonna maintain those too, i dunno its just a thought, any other thoughts on that?

All of the apps go through the HR dept.
Not sure but i think drivers apps are mixed in with all the other apps.
We are not special , we are just another application in a pile.
Thats why it takes for ever. I hear it quite often from drivers about how hard it
is to get Poly to respond. Try reaching out to the new girl in HR.

 

The orders to put us at the back of the line come from the TOP , for some reason the Contract carriers are more important than their regular loads. I don't know why , but its just the way it is. I just get the load rescheduled and roll at a later time. No big deal.
