Hours only count toward your 70, not your pay. I understand why you might want to track the hours for a $ per hour. Trucking rarely pays by hour. It's more like piece-work than hourly work. If you are certain you are leaving it may be better to NOT know how bad your pay is.

If I quit they will bill me for orientation, load securement class, hotel room, days with trainer, fuel, and the quitting fee. Would be $2000-$2500

How much experience do you have?
You can’t waste your life working for bs like that. Let them bill you and send them $5.00 per week.

I would say get 6 months & leave, but I was never in favor of working for WE. I recommend not working for any company until you have enough info & confidence to stay for 1-2 years. It seems like most Qs on this forum are about dealing with the crappy companies doing crappy things. The guys that recommend "just do something, how bad could it be" are not cleaning up the mess when things go sideways & you have the problem in real life. There are better companies with fewer problems but once you wrestle with the bad companies you might get problems that prevent getting hired at better companies for years. I guess that's why they make 81 flavors of ice cream. I can enjoy vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry & not worry about the other 77 flavors. Some people demand more variety. I prefer more calm & predictable outcomes. You do you.
