They're okay, but it WOULD be nice to start getting paid. All I ask for from these companies is to stop cheating and lying to the drivers. If a trip requires me to drive 870 miles, then pay 870 miles and not 780. The same with layover. And tolls.

This company has so much potential to keep from becoming another revolving door. But life is short. Life is what we make it. So, I'll probably look for other avenues in the future.

Knight is built around the revolving door principle. That's why they need to train. Instead of preserving professional drivers they lie, steal, and cheat them right out the door and replace them with eager new drivers who think that's just the way it is.

Yeah, I made a u-turn and started my slow walk towards the revolving door. Hopefully I find something else. It seems that most "ME TOO!" companies are adopting the same lousy experience requirements (2 to 5 years) for the same lousy starting pay.

Give me a break. I willingly stay out weeks at a time (longest run was 9 weeks out), and I have no problem driving at night. And my backing is phenomenal. What's so hard about holding a wheel all day? What's with the experience requirements? (I only have 20 months OTR),
