Chemult or at the pilot.
Gonna do my 10 here and fuel in the morning.

Did my 3o min break at the pilot in weed ca.
After going into store getting some snacks. Climbed into cab and elbow brush my lower side and thought I had a thorny stick inside my shirt.
Ended up being a wasp and stung me b4 I could get it out.
Spent 10 minutes going thru truck mak8ng sure it got outside.
Didn't want that d*Mn thing flying around while driving lol -

Salt Lake terminal.
I finally got this load delivered, and it was only a week late. Not all my fault, since I picked it up the day after it was supposed to deliver.
But between snow delays in IA and wind delays in WY, it was 2 more days than I had intended.
To top it off, the trailer blew a brake chamber this morning. Luckily I had just pulled in to the TA in Rawlins and there was no wait to get in the shop. It took longer for Swift to approve the repair than it did to complete it.
I pick up in Ogden, UT in the morning and then head to San Diego for a 2 stop Costco load.
There were no mt's at Post, and I was shocked to be dispatched bobtail.
Happily shocked.
My trailer left turn signals have not been working so I got in the shop for that to be fixed.
No one in line so it only took a few minutes. Lucky again.dwells40 Thanks this. -
Jerome (Twin Falls) ID @ the J. On my way to Kent, WA with a light weight paper load that delivers Monday.
The biggest difference between when I left Swift (Jan 2016) and now is the ability to directly message a planner. More than 90% of the time they give me almost exactly what I ask for. -
Troutdale or.
Delivered that load to Wal-Mart in Hermiston or yesterday. Then picked up a load 10 miles away and Tcalled at the Troutdale terminal.
Spent the night there then got a room for 2 bites so I could watch the super bowl.
Motel 6 doesn't allow parking on their lot and dirt lot is private property. So I dropped the truck at the t/a and walked back.
First time since I started with swift I August that I spend the nite out of truck -
Aurora, OR at the TA. Why isn't there a light at this intersection? I deliver 15 miles away at 0600.

North Bend, WA @ the TA. Got here EARLY so I could get a parking spot without paying for it. First oil change in the new truck. Found out that TA/Petro no longer awards a shower for shop work. Gonna have to rethink who I spend my money with re truck service.
scottied67 Thanks this.
