all doctors in America are no more than the drug pusher from the 60's and 70's with a 8 year degree . they drug treatment programs are to cover up symptoms not cure or repair the problem, well hell a local kid on the corner sell drugs will do the same thing. I do not trust doctors anymore.

Ive taken the sleep apnea test and passed it. You have to wear some #### in your nose, and put a pulse meter in one of your fingers. If your the type that sleeps with your back facing the ceiling, then the machine might come off you and you will have to retest or fail it.

They score it from 0-30 i think. 0-10 your good. 11-14 is the passing score but it still shows that YOU HAVE sleep apnea but not that severe. 15-30 is mild/severe and this is where they gonna screw you up.

I took this non-anabolic roid called zaditen aka tranquilizer in pill form, and it knocked me out. I knew that the machine is uncomfortable to sleep with in the first place..

I wasn't implying you didn't work out. But I am safe because I don't smoke or eat bad foods, I have low body fat, etc. My neck is pretty normal, easy to strangle. :p

I'd take that 2-year card you were just issued BACK to that 1st doc and demand a refund for services NOT performed. If you paid by credit card, dispute the charge with the CC company, as you did not receive the service for which you were charged. If you are unable to get the charge cleared from your card, look into suing for malpractice...for both the cost of the fraudulent physical as well as punitive. There are ways to raise heck if he doesn't give you your money back...get creative!

i paid to have my own sleep study done back in 2007 with a sleep center. The symptoms i had were falling asleep randomly, inability to stay awake during the days, and constantly tired. I was dead set that i had sleep apnea. The test results were i was border line on apnea, but that i had restless leg syndrome. I had a total of 76 waking events per hour. And in 8hrs i had gotten no more than 3 real hours of sleep and never obtained rem sleep. I still have rls because i refused to take the meds to treat it. Fast forward several years and a few new symptoms showed up. My personal dr took some blood work and it showed i have extremely low testosterone, which can give not just the same symptoms of being tired but other issues. Once i started treatments for low T, and stopped smoking, i started feeling so much better. The tiredness was gone, my ability to sleep at night was increased substantially, as well as a few "other"issues were fixed.

The issue of sleep apnea isn't always the case, i paid out over $1500 for a sleep study, where a simple $100 blood test mightve found my issues first.

Rls is a true condition. Your legs feel like they are numb or like the feeling like they feel asleep when you sit down. At night the nerves cause them to kick and move. The medication they give for it gives VERY lucid dreams and is on the list for drugs you aren't allowed to take while driving.

$300 sounds cheap for test. I've seen too many sleep horror stories
