Just because I may eat stuff that's bad for me or may have other bad habits doesn't mean its ok for me to inhale smoke because you have a bad habit. Keep it to yourself. You can call it propaganda but that's your opinion.
Since when is it ok to breath smoke of any kind? You ever seen a picture of a smokers lung? Nasty!
I use to dip but I quit because of it being unhealthy for me. But Atleast I wasn't harming anyone exept myself.

I never said it was ok. I started smoking at 13 and quit at 20. Then I started again at 30. Now back when I quit, after the first couple of months withdrawal was over, I was never bothered by the smell of smoke or took a holier than thou attitude about it if anyone around me was lit up. I call it propaganda because that's what it is. There's not a single case documented anywhere of anyone ever catching cancer from second hand smoke. Yeah it smells bad, big frikken deal..
As far as your bad eating habits, if you have them, I could really care less but yeah there are lots of people in this country who think it is their business what other people eat. The ones mandating government healthcare. Anyhow, my point was you likely ingest things on a daily basis that're doing far more harm than any second hand smoke you might come across once in a while. Apologies for veering off topic, actually I didn't start that, anyways I just don't care for the whining and crying about smoke from anti-smoking nazis.. -
I doubt your going to start being courteous to other people but maybe you need to read up. No one said you have to quit. Just keep it to yourself!

I smoke in my vehicle and on my front porch at home. NEVER do I smoke indoors. It's a habit I keep to myself. Another thing I've noticed over the years in getting into used trucks....as a smoker, I don't blame non-smokers one bit for being appalled. That's just a strong odor. Non-smokers comment on how "it's good I don't smoke in my truck" but I do, I just roll the window down. I see drivers smoking with the windows up and those are the trucks that smell terrible with that permanent stench.
I happily pay a smokers premium on my insurance as well. Not happy that I smoke but happy to do my part in keeping the cost away from those that choose to not smoke. How much is the obesity premium that large people pay with their health insurance? $10...$15 dollars a week extra?SHC Thanks this. -

LOL, it's called HIPAA Privacy Laws. They can't publish people's names.

What I find amazing is people going on & on about about cigarette filters in truck stop parking lots, being thrown out the window, second hand smoke etc. But by far the much larger problem(for truck drivers) are the idiots throwing out dirty oil/fuel/air filters/used parts out at the truck stops. Nails/screws & other bits of metal from rearranging a load all in the lots ready to puncture a $500 tire. What about the idiots who still cannot hit a urinal indoors, or those who do not seem they need to use one at all.
We can all play the holier than thou card all day long & aside from the chest pounding, it won't change a thing. You can step up, improve yourself, live how YOU see fit, but that is about the extent of it.pattyj Thanks this. -
Sucks what happened to you but hopefully it means you hang on to your butts from now on. I got a 25.00 ticket when I was 14 for throwing an apple I was done with because it was littering. Every single day people throw cigarette butts on the ground and nobody says a dang thing about it. Irritates me to no end.

Ciggarette butts even a gum wrapper thrown out the window isn't considering littering in the eyes of the law.I throw my butts out the window all the time,I don't wanna dirty the ashtray, lol.Just make sure noone is behind or beside you.
