    One of the good things about trucking is when the weather turns bad you slow down and be careful, and since you're moving you'll usually be through the bad stuff and onto the good stuff in just a little while. Now I said usually! That don't take in effect that EVERY time I was in Oregon it was raining non stop! Also can rain pretty hard on the east coast too! One thing you should remember, while everybody seems to be flying by you in the inclimate weather, you know you'll get there by slowing down and being careful-and there's a good chance the ones flying by you will end up in the ditch or a wreck up ahead.

    Snow is no problem if you keep your speed high. Your tires will stay so warm they will melt any snow or ice and it's like driving after a rain shower.
