Got myself a citation for parking. What can I do about this?

I guess it depends on what
the sign actually says. but I think it's worth challenging.
He wasn't charged for a parking violation that's the point I think. -

GREAT JOB!.....when I get within 50 miles of my delivery I always have to go PC.....just never any legal parking available dang the bad luck....of course I try to make sure I have 10 mins of OD left to unload 10 hrs early when I get there....before I SIT FOR THE NEXT 12 FRIGGIN HRS!!!

If you look at the point schedule you will see the LEO didn't quite get the right code.
Code 46.2.830 .1 is "failure to obey traffic sign(parking or sleeping on roadway)" which has 0(ZERO) points.
Code 46.2.830 is "failure to obey traffic sign" has 3 points.
That ".1" has a big effect on your license. I get an attorney and argue that part of the citation. Could possibly get the whole thing thrown out. -
I would think that a bad citation would be thrown out regardless, but it might vary by state.
