Got new trucks but no insurance and no cdl driver

    Good luck getting any money back. I'd bet he financed through Ford. The fact that he can't/won't get insurance has nothing to do with the sale. They will take
    the trucks back (repo) when the payments are not made.

    Also to the OP, get a CDL! At the very minimum you would be able to drive your trucks to/from shop for service.

    If you own the trucks, meaning the dealership already received payment they are yours not the dealership. I could understand the finance company not letting them move without insurance, you can even get tags withoutinsurance. In hindsight, you obviously should have checked insurance rates before purchasing the vehicles.

    Get non commercial insurance progressive offers it.
    you can drive it w/o cdl if it’s not over 26.001 lbs. to your place.
    Check laws, someone is wrong.

    Rating doesn’t mean anything, its why you can make a semi an rv and put not for hire.
    Call highway patrol in your safe they’ll tell you and clarify.
