Lol, you should run scans on reddit for AI usage.
nearly 80% of the content, both posts and comment replies are “AI user”, not human at all, generated these days, you cant even tell youre arguing with a bot without a scan anymore.
Even the truckers sub reddit popped up at some 63% AI posters & replies. As in pure AI, not a human copy pasting
Scan any political sub and its #### near 95% lol
Random tangent I know but you mentioned AI so meh lol…Im an ex techie now trucker.
Very thankful for this forum because there really isnt anywhere else for us.Last edited: Oct 26, 2024

I have been playing around with it now for several months. I am using the Windows Edge browser and there is an option that appears to rewrite using AI and I can adjust the tone. Example This is what I wrote! ^^^^
(AI) I've been experimenting with it for several months now. I'm using the Windows Edge browser, which offers an option to rewrite text using AI, allowing me to adjust the tone.
(AI comical) I've been tinkering with it for a few months now. I'm on the Windows Edge browser, and there's this nifty feature that lets me rewrite stuff with AI – it's like having a word wizard in my pocket, and I even get to tweak the mood! -
So, are there AI bots posting stuff here that gets answered by other AI bots? Reminds me of a gag on a TV show where 2 cellphones were sitting next to each other, and Siri on one phone was having an argument with Alexa on the other phone....TXCOMT and hope not dumb twucker Thank this.

Yep. Not here but reddit
Problem is its so advanced no one notices and think a 20k upvoted political post with 5k replies is legit when its 95% bots.
Surely campaigns are using this to control the narrative.
if you run an ai scanner to see it yourself you probably wont ever use Reddit again lolElmerFudpucker Thanks this. -
Look, nobody's perfect. Minor scrapes happen here and there. I know 20+ year drivers who have rare mistakes. You happen to have had 3 minor preventable accidents in which you caused damage in 4 months time. Many companies have a 3 strikes and your out policy, that is 3 preventable accidents in a rolling 12 month time frame. That seems more than reasonable on the companies' part. They have to look for patterns of bad behavior or inattentiveness of the driver. Especially new hires. If I owned a trucking company, I would let you go based on that pattern. I also wouldn't hire you if I was aware of your history. Sorry, but maybe you should look for another line of work...

I'm not sure about specific things, but to be more accurate the best way to describe this is to use the word BOTNET. There are maybe MILLIONS of PCs all over the world infected with this malware. Not long ago my daughter asked me about her new Dell laptop telling me it was not working right. After some poking around I noticed her laptop was using almost 80% of the processor. I downloaded a program called Malwarebytes (free to use) and it removed a ton of things and afterward, the laptop ran right. What happens with a botnet is they can then use millions of PCs to cause things like DDoS. Yes, they can also be used for political reasons. This is why I generally distrust social media "Trends" because most are not genuine. This problem is really bad on platforms like X, Facebook/Instagram, and Reddit.
While I am on the subject to be crystal clear it is not just the so-called "naughty" websites where you can catch malware. I highly recommend using Malwarebytes (again this is freeware) and doing a scan at least once a week.OrangeBox, TXCOMT and hope not dumb twucker Thank this. -
I can concur with that. Im an ex Apple SWE now trucker and Ive been using malwarebytes since the first year they were created.
It also helps that MBAM makes windows defender shut down while its running. Because Defender sucks lol
