I'm wondering if it's just one fleet perhaps? We've not seen a thing on it. Of course the only thing I actually use the GPS for is milage. I plan my routes out myself and we do a great deal of repeat.

I've asked my DM to find out.

    JerrytAZ and Wyldfyur Thank this.

For cars but they are good to help keep me informed. NO ONE should rely on GPS. But they are a good tool.

Mine is google based so I get the image of the place I'm going to instead of going in blind.

I have over 70K according to the last time I was at a Kiosk (last Thursday.) I sit a lot getting repairs. I was doing 2 weeks at a time. Then 3.

I went solo in Late March or early April.

Lathrop sent out the ban message also ... I've also had 2 instances where GPS was right and maptuit was wrong.

I get too much other info from GPS to give it up ... Like an accurate speed. Irene actually tops out at 69.5 even though the speedodmeter sez 68.

Was told in orientation they are installing gps systems in all trucks. A few trucks are testing them now.
