Tuff tough question to ask I don't know if they're trying to clean house I know a lot a lot of office people let go though but I've been here so long it's hard for me to quit and I'd hate to leave but doing a lot of sitting in like Los Angeles places you shouldn't be sitting at 4 days

 

There's a reason why you're sitting so much. The L.A. market is over saturated right now. Yesterday's capacity was 100 trucks to 1 load available.

I usually make a run down there from Oregon every week. I'm kicking back at home catching up on rest, I'm not going down there right now to only sit or take crappy paying loads out.

I've been gone for 7 months now so don't know anything recent .

 

I'm with GO now more than two years, a lot has improved in this time. The last months I'm pre planned most of the time and don't sit to wait for a load too much.
I'm usually out for four weeks and then take a full week off, average miles are about 3000 per week for me.
There are ups and downs but the whole package works for me. Just back on the road after one week+ of home time.
No micromanaging, I do my job and they leave me alone.
