Do you have a 13 speed? I have a replacement like the one in my sig and it does it sometime too..

If im in 10L and do a button shift to 10 high it grinds sometimes so I have to double clutch to get the rpms down and for it to get in gear. couldnt tell you why though.

Look under your truck by the differential and see if there is a rod hanging loose. That's your leveling rod. If it is broken you can easily zip tie until a replacement can be had. A broken leveling rod will create the exact same symptoms you described. Let us know what you find.

had the same problem after changing suspension leveling valve, when adjusted properly noise went away.. my height is 7.5" from the middle of the axle to the bottom of the frame.. Have 610 with 24.5 rims and 630 with 22.5 rims and this height seems to be the same on both trucks.. good luck

On my truck it was the drive shaft causing this kind of vibration. The yoke right after the carrier bearing had a little play and i constantly had vibration after releasing the gas pedal at 62-67mph.I changed everything else bearing, leveling valve, adjusted air ride height, new rod,2 new air bags, new shocks,8 new tires and the darn truck was still vibrating.I finaly changed the yoke got a new u-joint and got the driveshaft balanced and vibration is gone.Good luck

I had this problem, turned out that I had the air suspension dumped. Check your airbags?
