Had an accident, wasn't at fault.

    You should be OK, but expect the drunk driver, if he is found, to claim you came into his lane. Most company trucks are not equipped with a video system that could prove the drunk hit the truck. Some Owner-Operator trucks do have a side video.

    and in my state, "they in the state house", want to "give driver's licenses" to illegal immigrants, and that would require insurance as well, so that it would cut down on all the "Hit and runs"...

    oh yeah........just like defund the police, or send out a social worker to diffuse the stand off with a gun.........let's see how that works out for ya.........

    The totes, boxes and bags - along with the Texas plates are rather curious. That’s not a typical rental vehicle.

    I’d be real interested to find out what the full story was with this dude.
