    Just got denied to lease on to a company cause of a handheld violation on my mvr that is not a point violation. Is this gonna happen with every company? Even though it's not a moving violation? Pic included. That's my entire violation history. 1 point on my record that's it

    If you got that on a roadside inspection, you have 20 points. The handheld violation is worth 10 points x 3 for your first year (30 points) then x2 for the next year, and x1 for the third year if I remember correctly. It’s been a while, run your PSP score and see.
