I would say no. There are many good, honest, hard working, and experienced men and women out here who are ready to work today.
What does Knight do? They open a training academy.
Drivers don't ask for much. Miles, maybe a little honesty, and decent hometime. Knight rewards with them with a 500 mile load picked up Friday morning and delivering Monday morning. "Well start working you back towards home in a week" They don't. That's how it was when I quit and I see no indication they have changed. They offer a decent CPM, but the burning hoops of fire you have to jump through are just ridiculous and get old after a few weeks.
