Research, research. Research the next company.
Put money away for the transition, you will be without a check for a few weeks.
Plan home time for when you quit.

There are better jobs out there. Sometimes ya gotta doo what ya gotta doo. If they treat you like crap cuz you have to crap, or they are micromanaging you, vamoose.

 

Remind them that it is illegal to discriminate on basis of sex or disability. You can’t pee in a bottle. That’s their problem.

 

Do you know where the dispatch office is? If so first order of operations is old school Face to face hand shake and let him know that you are a grown man and not even your father yells at you without consequences (not threatening violence) but they need to understand you are not to be toyed around with. You have a commercial drivers license and every trucking yard you drive past has a sign that say now hiring 5k sign on bonus… Do not bicker and go back and forth with them.. let them know what it is and ask that they have a nice day.
