If he starts right now with the gaming licenses process he "might" have everything in place by 14 Dec. The class 3A is pretty easy and straight forward 2 page application but the class 2, that's a phone book thick application and you have to account for EVERY encounter you have ever had with a law enforcement type EVER if they ran your license/information. Being in trucking there are many of those to account for. After you get through that comes the financial side and if you've ever made a late payment, owed the IRS money, been in default on a student loan, taken a bribe, made an illegal bet etc. they claim to have the ability to know all that and want to know all that.

I've now jumped through all the hoops, paid all the fee's, had my fingerprints taken 3 times by 3 different agencies and now posses the coveted class 2 license. So not only can I touch the money inside a casino (including hard-count room) but I can access the computers tying together all the machines.
