Have you ever used a driver recruiter?

I am planning on adding a truck or two in the spring and I am going to have to do something different it's hard to find QUALIFIED drivers .... keep me posted if you try

 

What have you tried so far to get Qualified drivers?

 

What does it pay?

 

last time was in march and I put an add in the newspaper and got 0 response. .... then I tried Craigslist and indeed got a couple of people but mostly window shopping I finally got my cousin to help me out . I pay on % ... 40 % after fuel and tolls works out to around 25 % of a long haul and more on short trips average around 50 cents a mile on longhauls .. I do a lot of short trips and a lot pay $1 or more a mile . good drivers don't have a problem getting 1500 for a 5 day week. .... my cousin did over 8500 for the month of June and 9000 for July ..... then I sold him the truck lol . the hospitalization seems to be the biggest problem right now . I do w2 as 1099 are a bad idea. do per diem and take out for hospitolization before taxes that saves everyone money ... but I am planning on finding a better plan for hospitalization
