I do not believe that day will ever come. There is no guarantee that the officer pulling you over will always have internet available.

Well, I guess if other terminals and other places are doing it, then I wont have such a poor attitude about it, but I still dont like it. It's not like my DOT card changes from one day to another.
I guess that is my childish rant.

DO they really think we would take a chance, plus it wouldnt be on FedEx, it would be on us and the contractor if we get caught.

Worked fedex ground for 7 years. When checking in, in the morning, I'd just have a copy of my medical card in the back of my pouch that I'd use to show the nice ladies. No problems here.

My terminal has a notice posted about showing medical cards before receiving our paperwork but they've never asked for mine, nor has Detroit Ground, Detroit Home Delivery, Ann Arbor Ground, Kalamazoo Ground, Chicago Ground, or Pontiac Ground either.
