Just to give an update.
I’m in Florida, and Florida doesn’t allow tsa to finalize the paperwork there are a few states that intervene if you look on TSA website.
I call TSA they told me background check came in within 3-days on their system and the issue lies with the state of florida. Called my loca dmv they could not help, or see anything on their side. I called department of highway safety for the state of florida, and they told me they could “see” my hazmat on their side and to speak with the CDL hotline.
CDL hotline/department of highway informed I do have hazmat, but for some reason the system they share with dmv wasn’t showing dmv. Department of highway told me to make an appointment to my local dmv and have them call the Cdl hotline and they’ll walk dmv through the issue. It worked I know how have my hazmat after almost 4 months.
For the state of Florida department of highway only^
