Hmmm a winter storm in winter whoda thunk pretty balmy in north central Ohio like mid 50s I’m thinking my propane deliverys are about to pause.

 

Low 70 in Illinois today, couldn't believe it. Tee shirt weather!

 

Had to click the AC on in the house on Christmas day in NC for just a little while.
Had the windows open, but it just wouldn't cool it down with the bit of cooking that had gone on.
75° and sunny without a cloud just didn't seem very Christmassy.

One of our drivers refused a Mpls to Fargo turn this morning...said it might be slippery and it was her Friday...btw it was 34 degrees at 8am...smh

It's winter and less then optimal conditions may exist.

 

Southern California closed 5 and 15.

I think 15 is still closed. Not sure about 5.

 

We expect severe storms this weekend but it depends on alot of things. I would not even worry unless a EF4 is on the ground a few miles from Vilonia on highway 64. We have been hit there twice and laid waste in that valley before. They usually travel SE to NE making a right at some point. Ive had so many twisters that I just about sleep through them.

Running air tonight even though it's a little cold but not enough to offset the fresh intake. Which means humidty is building ahead of the weekend storms as fuel.
