We were allowed 8 pull ups.. it started Monday and we ended Thursday. The people that had a little trouble were allowed an extra day.

    Thanks! 28 steps?

I'm not sure what the out times are.. my previous job, I had to get up at 4 am and be on the road at 5 am.. I told him I would just drive up there since I was used to the hours anyway.. it's 3 hours 15 from my front door to the DC in Seymour.

8 pull ups...wow! I thought they would be more strict than that...my road test for my CDL didn’t allow more than 3 or 4 lol. Glad you made it through. Thanks for the feedback...congrats and good luck!

They dropped us off at the bottom of a loading ramp, no steps lol

I'll transfer to London KY after a year. I'm 20 minutes from there, they just don't hire. One of the road team members is out of there and he said in the 13 years he's been at Walmart, they have hired out of there 2 times and only for 2-3 drivers.

First congrats to all that made it, but the part I highlighted in blue is sad and discouraging.

Seems WM after pushing out their senior drivers, has had to drastically lower their standards on what they view as qualified.

My advice to all the new hires is definitely enjoy your new job, but save your money, dont make any major purchases. You cant predict what the future may hold for the private fleet, upper management lost a lot of credit, respect and only when it hit their bottom line realized that how valuable the drivers they alienated really were to the company.
