Heartland Express~Russ Would Be Rolling Over....

Sounds like you were pissed with saying things like "Heartless Express" and "giant POS" and "do not give a flying F###". But I digress. Hey, you are right, their trucks are not the best around, but so far the one I am in has been reliable - I have been in worse.

 

Had a friend that drove for Heartland for 7 years out of the Jacksonville Florida terminal. Made decent money but no matter how long he stayed out, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, he would get a 34 hour at home. Shutting down for his ten and making an early AM delivery was often met with a preplan picking up that night and having to deliver the next morning. Defiantly an acquired taste running for a company like that.
