Anyone else notice the difference in the stories. .... OP says on the first page that it is a 2 year statute of limitations, and the anniversary was 12/4/15 ..... now all of a sudden its a 1 year statute of limitations with a anniversary date of 12/2/14. Is it you or your attorney that has amnesia and can't keep the story straight? Just curious because in both posts with these dates you advised that you have talked with your lawyer, so who keeps changing things here....?
Hello again, remember the thread regarding the perils of JustPj...?

Statutes vary from state to state, and are dependent on the type of claim. Because I have multiple claims, the s.o.l. may be up as quickly as one year. It's just smart to act on the earlier deadline. You don't need to consult an attorney to figure that one out.
If you poured over my posts looking for "changing stories" and that's the best (or worst) you could come up with, stop wasting your time. Yours was a feeble attempt to catch me in an a ha! moment and you failed.
I'm serious, if that's the best you got then I'm embarrassed for you.

No, that is just what I read from the front page to this page. Your inconsistency is where YOU stated that you TALKED with your lawyer and that the s.o.l. was Dec 4, 2015 and than just changed on your last post. Kind of hard to accept the credibility of this story when you can't even keep your basic facts straight, especially seeing you have been consulting a lawyer in this situation for how long now?
If this was such a story that did happen, how come the media never got involved? I am very surprised especially seeing how the Associate press scowls through police records on a daily basis for any and all stories they can get their hands on... seeing the nature of this one (abandonment on an interstate) I am very surprised that this "story" has not made it into the news, but your sure quick to post about it all over the internet.... Just pointing that out. I do know all about statute of limitations, and quite a bit about them amongst other things.
Again I was just pointing out the obvious from what I read in 2 posts but, I am sure I could find more if that is a challenge.... Is there anything else in the story that is going to change? Like especially when you find out that filing a civil suit will have to be in the court system within the county of the HQ for the corporation and not a local branch office or terminal? Than again, I am sure that your almighty lawyer has already informed you of that, right? -
Care to hit the "report" button on that nasty PM and share it with the staff?bullhaulerswife, JustPj and lcfd15 Thank this.

Oh, how funny...two of the characters mentioned are now on my or have put me on their "ignore" list! Victor may well be one of them...I guess the weddings' off. Thank you for the comic relief, TB John! I really, sincerely, don't mean to stir up controversy, but heck, if it brings everyone together, then it's all worth it...
TB John Thanks this. -
I'm not? Awesome

I'll tell you one thing, if you happen to remember the trainer crapping himself at some point, you'll have people reading and adding to this threat for the next couple years!!
