What the hell is the point of designing docks like this in the first place?

i have done a few inside docks as well. one of the most important things one should do is, WASH your mirrors, for a better view.
i tried the "flashlight trick", just does not work for me. i sometimes use the 4 ways, to me, that works better.
if you are a company driver, ask the shop to install flood lights to your bottom step, one company i asked, did so, but the lights stayed with that truck, so if i went to another truck and i did, they had to install a new set of lights. but that was only those times. any other job i had, i had no worries about inside docking. -
