Just keep the tip of the wand outside the grill and run the unit while you're washing it.I've done hundreds of them, never had a problem

Been running mine all summer here out west in 100+ heat with no problems. I have a 6 month old TK on a new Utility trailer. I can turn it on with a box temp of 90 and have it down to -10 in 20-30 minutes.

Its 115 here in Pheonix. Trying to run unit at -30. It won't hold temp and cant load. Pain in the butt. Spraying condenser didnt do much this time. It's at -25 right now. Going up and down. Dispatch wants me to drive it around.

I’m guessing you don’t have a bulkhead? Not much else you can do except wait for dark.

Yes I have an older bulkhead. I reinforced the center folder with flex tape and its loadlocked in place as well as it can be.

How far up in the trailer? Do you have a center chute or finger?

It goes all the way up, however there are slits on the sides, not much at all, but enough to see through.

Mine has a chute and have been messing with that too. It opens up all the way to the end and its blowing freezing air.

The equipment is just old I think. They really need to send their newer equipment to these extreme climates.
