Heyl Journey with xlsdraw

Now it looks like I probably won't make it. One of our members has confirmed that US 212 is closed now early spring for Frost Law. And it has been snowing all day. This double 0100 to 0500 bologna is pure garbage.

 

Well I DID MAKE IT!!! Got to the pullout overlooking my property at 00:33 CT! Too close for comfort but I now know it can be done if I don't waste a single minute combined with relatively good weather and a lot of luck. I think I'll pass out now. Got 3846 out of that 70 from Monday afternoon till a few minutes into Sunday.

 

I took 90 all the way. I saw no signage on 90 saying anything about 212 and a TTR member said he ran it yesterday with no problems. So I guess it is open.

 

By making the reset deadline I would have been able to make delivery on time. But since it was questionable, Heyl lined up a team which was headed to Puyallup for Wednesday morning to swap with me tonight. So I'll deliver Wednesday morning instead of Tuesday morning. Now I gotta figure how what to do with the extra day. Safe move on the company's part so I am OK with it. Just hope I don't lose another additional day after delivery like I did last time up here.

 

Made the swap last night. Rolled out Monday afternoon and parked here at the newish Love's in Ritzville, Washington. Gonna roll on down to the Mustard seed at Sumner after my break and stage there. Company says they will reimburse the parking fee. Enjoyed a half day visit with my old neighbors Sunday and spent a few hours Monday with my Tenants. Most productive reset ever at my favorite place on the planet. I feel a bit recharged. Well I did until these last 5 hrs of night driving whooped my hiney.

 

Staged at the Mustard seed T/S at Sumner. They now charge 13 dollars for 12 hrs. Deliver at 07:00.
