i know for a fact, that farm animals lie......

At two in the morning one night while delivering groceries a car load of college girls pulled up beside me, the one in the passenger seat stuck her torso out the window and peeled up her top and shook her boobs at me in plain sight.
I just smiled, honked my air horn and gave the thumbs up. I knew it was just in fun. It never crossed my mind that they wanted to get 'picked up'.

 

Now I have a story about Canadian friendliness becoming detrimental to one's well being.

When they want to be picked up, you will see a car/pickup pull beside you in the middle of the night. Interior light will come on, girl riding shotgun, will lean backwards and spread her legs and show you her kitten. You toot your horn, the interior light goes off and they pull in front of you a ways and will usually pull off at the next exit slowly. It will be a wide shoulder on the exit or pickle park ramp. Back in the day, she'd have a CB and would tell you to take it to another channel.

There used to be a couple in a pickup, that would roam the bigroad at i24 around Metropolis Illinois (the old hands will know the people I'm talking about) every night. If you ever stopped at the Metropolis exit, you've seen them. Guy driving, girl leans back, naked waist down. Never heard about them robbing anyone, but IMO, that was more dangerous than fooling with lot lizard working the truck stop parking lot. Those ramps and pickle parks are desolate and dark. You're a sitting duck.

Now, I have had women travelling alone by car back in the day, that would pull beside you and start up a conversation on the radio, offer a show and click on the interior lights. Converse a bit, stop for coffee and a little lovin' and go your separate ways.
