    Does this poll assume the same driver in two different trucks?
    There is no way a truck can be safe, it can only be built with safety in mind. Its purely the driver that regulates the safe movement of the vehicle. Driving habits and level of professionalism are the factors that would be scrutinized to decide whether the driver was being safe or not.
    That being said the slope nose might have a better view up front but the mirrors on the Cascadia and Pete 387 that I drove never compared to the view from my current Pete 379.
    A second thought about mirrors, whoever decided to mount them on the door is an idiot.

    When Pete moved the mirror off the door that was a big step back. Every one I know thats ran a Pete for years cusses about them moving the mirror. It's just too handy to open the door when backing to the left to see

    Hoods vs Slopes, sounds racist depending how you read it ;)

    Living in STL, we have way too many hoods here so I’ll go with the latter and hope for improvement...
