    didn't look like the hot shot did anything wrong, the thing wasn't crated right.

    Ultimately, it’s his responsibility. He should’ve checked the crate to make sure it was properly secured. Otherwise he should’ve never left with it if he had found issues with it…

    do you mean, he should have opened the crate to check if it's secured to the pallet?

    I've never been allowed to do that.
