There may have been cops at our rally this summer... but we got tired of waiting for them. ;) :D

AFAIK, the only guy that got pulled over is a lawyer. o_O

Leather jacket, shorts and flip flops...I don’t know what to say about that.

At least one of several derogatory terms if he was riding (especially the "spirited" riding that takes place at this rally). Fortunately he was probably just wandering back to his room, so it's all good. ;)

Yes, but we tend to travel in small groups, typically 3-6, or so at a time. We do all congregate at the same locations for meals and refreshments, but try and spread it out a bit. We try not to create too much of a ruckus.

I thought I liked OTR trucking until I took that first road trip. If you have good people to ride with, and good roads, life cannot get any better.

A friend of my aunt had a Kawi 1350 when I was very young. I barely remember it, and was only allowed to ride with him once, but I do remember that it was very, very loud and powerful sounding.

    The 1300 was their 6 cylinder flagship--quite a machine!
