It’s been at least 18 months since I’ve been to the Lewisville, TX Sysco. Last time there, the receiving process (Capstone) was completely useless and unprofessional and generally clueless. I think I was there about 7 hours

Today, same load, same time, but completely different people with a completely different attitude in the office. They were borderline “professional”. Out about 2.5 hours after appointment time.

They obviously had a troubleshooter go in and stop the nonsense and clear out the dead wood that was going on there, at some point in the past.

I delivered to the US Foods in Ann Arbor?? MI about 3 months ago. I arrived 20 mins before appointment, was directed to staging area and told to walk inside to check in. I did so, and was immediately give a dock. I left 1 hour and 15 mins after arriving on the property. I was very impressed.

The nice lady in the guard shack mentioned that it used to take many hours to get unloaded, but that recently that had changed... She seemed very proud that unload times had gone down, and IMO she should be.
